Program Designations
ANZUS Technology participates in two small business programs providing our participating Government and Corporate clients with enhanced contracting options and credit towards annual program reporting targets for awarded contract amounts.
Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone) #21048
ANZUS Technology is a qualified HUBZone small business concern (SBC). This designation provides our current and prospective Federal clients with significantly enhanced contracting options including:
Competitive: Contracts can be set-aside for HUBZone competition when the contracting officer has a reasonable expectation that at least two qualified HUBZone small business concerns (SBCs) will submit offers and that the contract will be awarded at a fair market price.
Sole-source: HUBZone contracts can be awarded if the contracting officer determines that:
- only one qualified HUBZone SBC is responsible to perform the contract
- two or more qualified HUBZone SBCs are not likely to submit offers
- the anticipated award price of the proposed contract, including options, will not exceed:
- $5 million for a requirement within the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for manufacturing or
- $3 million for a requirement within all other NAICS codes
Full and open competitive contracts can be awarded with a price evaluation preference. The offer of the HUBZone small business must not be 10 percent higher than the offer of a non-small business.
Subcontracting: All subcontracting plans for large business Federal contractors must include a HUBZone subcontracting goal.

Contracts amounts awarded to ANZUS Technology contribute towards the annual HUBZone program targets for Federal Organizations (mandatory targets) and participating Corporations (voluntary targets).
Woman Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC) #249544
ANZUS Technology is a certified WBE by Astra Women's Business Alliance and Women's Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC). As such all contract amounts awarded contribute towards the annual WBE program targets for Federal Organizations and participating Corporations.
Washington State Woman Business Enterprise (WA WBE) #W2F7519088
ANZUS Technology is a certified WBE in the State of Washington. There are no specific contracting options available for WBE firms with the State of Washington, but all contract amounts awarded contribute towards the annual WBE program targets for Federal Organizations (mandatory targets), Washington State Agencies (voluntary targets) and participating Corporations (voluntary targets).
