Mission
We measure ANZUS success by keeping our focus on three core areas:
The first is our clients. We will do absolutely everything to make our clients successful. We want every client to be able to say "Wow, I’m so glad you put Paul on our project. He solved the issues quickly and was a pleasure to work with."
Barb Putnam of Washington Department of Natural Resources summarized it best when she said
ANZUS has ideal consultants. They recommend and advise instead of waiting for directions. Technically they are experts; they effectively communicate and they are nice people to be around.
Our second is that we have a vision for our consultants, too. We consider a project a good fit when the consultant finds the work interesting and challenging, a good match for their skills with opportunity for growth. We compensate our consultants very well and make sure that the combination of benefits is tailored to each consultant’s needs.
Our third measure is the communities where we work. We donate both money and time to Northwest non-profits involved with job training, hunger programs, and scientific research. You can learn more about the organizations we give to in the Community section on this website.
When all these people, businesses and organizations are successful, we consider ANZUS successful.
